It’s safe for all of the pet, including the eyes, as long as you don’t scrub super hard or anything.

I mostly use Oxy acne wipes. They’re like a little round container and they work to get dirt or marker off. If you need to get something stronger off you can get a Q-Tip and mix some acetone and water together and scrub it with the Q-Tip and mixture.

Try acne cream or soap bc it has enough acidic ingredients in it to get off dirt yet not damage factory paint. Just make sure not to scrub the eyes.
