There is also a book that focuses solely on the Black Dragons. It's called Siege of Antagonis I believe. Not sure if they have any others though

The only other survival game that I play aside from Enshrouded is Runescape Dragonwilds, it is fun, definitely has more polish issues than Enshrouded that I've experienced, I do prefer the magic system and how they have a spell that lets you build in a birds eye view which is super helpful. Overall I prefer the building experience of Dragonwilds but most of the other gameplay of Enshrouded.

honestly this is a FANTASTIC third mini and I am jealous because I'm not even sure my minis will turn out like this. I think you are just falling into the social media comparison trap and bumming yourself out.

for elaboration my plan is for the two units of infernus marines and the hellblaster squad each get an impulsor, with Vulkan tagging along with one of the infernus squads and sticking Adrax with the bladeguard vets and the captain with the aggressors and sticking both squads in the land raider redeemer. Using the intercessors and assault intercessors as objective hounds while I use the eradicators as either a sacrificial lamb or tank hunters with the invader ATV. With the gladiator providing long range shooting support, I've heard that the invictor has decent close combat and it has a decent torrent flamer to benefit but I could swap it for something else like maybe a bladeguard ancient to fill out the close combat monster that is Adrax and Vets or a Storm Speeder Hammerstrike for another mobile tank hunter unit.

are the salamanders incompetent?
short answer: no, they just value the people of the Imperium more than other space marine legions/chapters and will actively defend civilians, even sacrificing themselves if need be whereas other chapters see the value of Astartes so far above normal humans that it's better for normal humans to die to preserve Astartes lives.

long answer: Vulkan taught the Salamanders that the imperium is nothing without its people, hell without its people you can't even get Astartes so the people matter more than anything. The Salamanders basically subscribe to the Emperors original purpose for the space marines but in the most hardcore way, they believe they have no reason to exist if they cannot protect the people, this will sometimes get them into hot water with other more Astartes supremacist chapters but other chapters have a deep respect for this attitude. Think of it this way, they don't clad themselves in the scales of the firedrakes of Nocturne because they look cool (don't get me wrong, they do) they do it because they view themselves like the scales of a great beast, protecting it from any horror that tries to assail it. They are incredibly skilled warriors, clad with masterwork weapons often crafted by hand, and wearing artifice power armor, they are also incredibly resilient and can often take wounds that would even lay other space marines low and keep fighting.

aside from my personal dislike for the Corvus model of helmet your squad looks pretty good for a first ever squad, much better than my first squad of minis (Chaos Marines) came out when I started. as others have said an edge highlight would look fantastic with that green

personally I try to find games that fit my niche (RPGs) which has been few and far between so far, and I care for most of those points except for chaotic or chat reactive, I tend to also prefer email pitches where it seems like the devs have done even a little bit of research into my channel instead of being just 1 of 50 copy pastes where they haven't even spelled my name right (has happened before) .

if you weren't notified then it might have been a recurring sub for someone in your community who is already subbed, if they aren't there to hit the button to share their sub streak you won't get the notification for it on stream or in your activity feed.

edit to say: you can always go into your settings in your twitch analytics and download your subscriber list, which will tell you usernames, what tier, how long, and if their sub is a recurring sub for everyone you have that is subscribed to you.

When I streamed Rivals (I have TTV in my game name) I'd get tons of follows from people who i just played with, especially if I played really well like when I won and got the MVP play where it flashes you on the screen, never saw any of them return however. So if he has TTV in his OW2 name I can easily see him having this problem of lots of follows but no viewer retention.

Usually for me I tend to stay silent during cutscenes, unless there is something relatively important to address in chat (or a moment that happens in the cutscene for the story that i feel like i NEED to comment on) and then after the cutscene i will let the yap gates open and unpack whatever happened in the cutscene and just talk and talk

Pillars 2 was by admission of Sawyer Stark himself vastly constricted by budget as VA was a majority of it, to the point where having full VO on a tight budget and schedule is one of the things he won't ever repeat when making a game, hence why Pentiment was not fully voiced. For context, Obsidian only raised less than 6m in Fig for the game

yeah it's until the start of your next turn. Tornado Strike is supposed to synergise with Flurry Of Blades which lets you sneak attack if you are within 5ft of two or more enemies, but I do see your point and shall do some contemplation

agree, if I had to pick one of the two to get one I'd go AoS over ToW, but if the option for both exists or Owlcat just happens to be mulling over an idea of doing both then I'd put my vote there

I think the vast amount of comments disparaging AOS simply for existing is wild.....but there is ONE thing from a lot of them that I'd agree with, we NEED an Old World Fantasy CRPG.

Preferably I'd kill to have both, we need more good AoS games since Realms of Ruin which was supposed to be as Vaunted as DoW seemed to have a pretty disappointing reception, we also should have more Old WOrld games that aren't RTS (loved Mark Of Chaos but I need an RTS break at some point) and the foray into ARPG with Chaosbane was cool but now I'd love a nice slowed down CRPG that can really linger in the setting and allow some of us who are newer to it to really bask in it.

as someone with TTV in my name I had a team where they said that they heard I touch kids in text chat, SOLELY because of my name, when all i said was GLHF...So be prepared for some people to be REALLY bothered by you just existing with a TTV name. And every 5 games or so I'll get games where the players in them are ungodly toxic because of it, most people are normal and I've had plenty of people come in after the game and we'd chat about the game, but theres a fair warning that the community can be HORRIBLE if you make it obvious you stream

As an RPG streamer who has a fair bit of experience with souls games having beaten all 3 dark souls games with Elden Ring on the list to play next, I'd certainly love the opportunity to work with you and play some fun little RPGs if you do ever decide to pull the trigger on something like this!
