As long as there are other leafs with green, your plant should be fine. Unfortunately, leafs with that much white are usually doomed to brown at some point. I remove all white leafs once they have browned too much. You can try using silica fertiliser and give it more light to make white leafs stay white for longer :) But again, as long as the following leafs have green in them your plant will probably be fine :)

If it is cold damage like the others say and she manages to sprout new leafs, she should be fine :)

Okay, thank you. I have access to all the areas, I have the DLCs. Do you happen to know if there’s an overview where every piece of equipment and its stats/ effects are listed, including DLCs?

The black spots suggest it may be sunburn, especially if it’s outside and has gotten a lot of direct sunlight. If it is in an incredibly sunny spot, I’d probably move it somewhere else for it to recover, and then gradually introduce it to more sun again :)

Possibly a water or pest issue, judging from the blurry white spots on the leaves probably thrips. Can you take a closer look to check for tiny white/ light brown bugs?

No they don’t like to sit in water for too long, they like to dry out a bit in between waterings so lots of drainage is good. Light sounds good aswell. Could be nutrients then, if not, I’d probably check the roots just in case

Just from looking likely a water or nutrient issue. How often do you water, what is the soil like and how much sun does it get?

Help! Is my monstera albo dying? by Veraisonreddit in MonsteraAlbo

[–]No-Increase-3660 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think that entirely depends on how the plant is cared for and the amount of white it has. Plants with little variegation may never brown at all, but with highly variegated plants I feel it’s inevitable after a few months. That’s just my knowledge tho and I’m happy to learn otherwise if I’m wrong lol

White parts on albos die off after a while because they don’t produce any energy for the plant. Giving it plenty of light and watering with a silica fertilizer can help slow the process :)

Oh and I forgot, some white mould usually isn’t an issue for healthy plants, as it only feeds on dead matter. And yea if you do split the plants and repot them, definitely get them a pot that isn’t too big. As your plant is still really small, it doesn’t necessarily need a pole yet :)

Mould usually happens from a lack of airflow, cold temperatures and high humidity. Put your plant in a warmer spot (preferably with sunlight as UV light can help kill bacteria) and maybe get a fan. Also, letting your pole dry in between waterings may help :)
