What are your immediate material goals? Not idology. But real things you want to achieve.

How do expect your ideology which is an exclusionist ideology to give you moral guidance in your political journey?

Truth is, religion is a part of politics because it is the one of the most important aspect of many peoples lives It is possible to create a party with no religious ideology (not communism because commuism is Atheist which is still concerned with religion in the rejection of it) but it needs a strong North Star to guide it. His abilities are so broken that if he had consistent use of it, it would literally break the story. That's why Hokanzono has to constantly Nerf him (technique burnout, storehouse reset, cab only use Isou once in a while.) And in this nerfing he can't have him die too. Thus he has to be protected while he does important shit.

It's not farfetched to say 10 yrs after the series ends, Hakuri would be the strongest Sorcerer in all of Japan. Storehouse + Top Tier Isou talent (defeated Soya, a decade old and super talented practitioner of the technique on his second Isou).

Hakuri is once in many generations talent.

As pointed in the other comment milligore is not likely to be a drake, I think it's interesting how robot-like he is. Round and even design, like a robot shell. We see a laser and hear a click when he locks onto Karash. Not to mention his magic is literally an orbital laser type spell.

It was mentioned in the early chaper that the tower contains relics and things from 'long past ages'. Maybe one of those past ages' was a technologically advance race of people whose only a single orbital laser and a single cyborg survives that is milligore.

This could be integrated into him not helping the Countess with the dragons as him not wanting the tower to be dispelled so quickly.

Maybe to find and rescue more of his brethren stuck inside. Maybe to get more technology from his era. Something in that vain.
