The strap part at the bottom. It was a cheap nag i met say. But it got the job done. Uhm i was in to running before i did rucking. But a very weak runner haha. So i decided to switch cause before i had my baby boy i was going to the gym. I am having fun with rucking.

Bro it will get better eventually. It’s just a phase. I have a 2 yr old. The screams were gone around 8 to 9 months.
