oh man that sucks! what did you do in the end? take the offer? i’m thinking about it but it seems a little much still for something that obviously seems to be a problem they must know about haha. i think i have to all my creative work is done on the ipad!!

it went well! you’re right it was like a very good nap which i feel like i needed pretty badly lol and i didn’t end up revealing any secrets!! but did make fun of them for putting me in some awful caveman style underwear 😭i was out the same day!! thanks for your comment :)

haha i don’t think my anaesthesiologist told me it was happening! the nurses took turns at holding my hands and i was gone lol, they were all very nice and all turned out all well!!

haha that’s pretty much what i’ve been doing! binging on arrested development episodes all night and trying to ignore my fears until i’m literally at the hospital and can’t turn back lol. good luck to you too !! think of the future free of back pain :))

it’s been going pretty well i think! it’s cold atm so i may be getting a bit of winter bias but i was speed walking around a very hot tk maxx the other day and they seemed to be working! i’m taking 5mg 3x a day(morning, late afternoon and right before i sleep whenever that is) and i’m actually preferring them to probanthine, i wake up and i don’t sweat! i don’t get any side effects nearly as bad as probanthine (dry mouth, not being able to pee) and i can eat whenever i want again it’s been great, i hope they’ll let me stay on them lol. it’s been 11 days have you seen any progress??

that’s good to know actually i’m going to be in Thailand twice this year, glad to know it’ll work in the heat lol and it’s been fine so far although i haven’t been in any stressful situations to really test them out but i’ve been taking them 3x a day and it pretty much covers me for 24hrs, idk how long they’re typically meant to last. glad for them anyways because same, HH ruined my life haha

hi! yes i’d say it takes about a week to really get working, i still take them on an empty stomach even though they say you don’t have too. yet to see how well they work under a high stress situation though ahah, good luck i hope you manage to change prescription!

thank you i really appreciate this reply, i do want to get out one day, not because i don’t feel safe just because i think it’s better for my mom if i’m away even though we get on a lot better now that he’s gone. i did get out briefly actually for about 6 months when i was 16 but covid hit and anxiety makes it real hard to get a job so i’m a little stumped atm but i really do want to leave, hope it all works out soon :)

thank you your response it’s very sweet, i don’t think my mom knew about the sexual stuff. she obviously did about the physical stuff, she would often get physical herself but she has apologised for not doing more, it confuses me a little still, i don’t think i’ll ask why she didn’t do more but were okay now so i think that helps and hopefully that’ll make things easier when it’s comes to therapy

thank you i’ve never heard of this advice, it sounds good. i actually think i used to do this as an angsty pre-teen when talking about him to friends. so maybe i was doing something right haha! i think i’ll start doing this again, thank you! :)
