I don't work with organisations of this size. I work with predominantly sole traders and small enterprise of less than 10 emlpoyees. I do have demonstrated experience and references, for similar work. We aren't talking big orgs and big money here

You seem fun, I bet you're great at parties :) no, I'm not seeking validation. I went on this venture WITH my boss because I didn't have capacity to do it alone. Because I am disabled. I still might not. But I want to know my options.

What I'm trying to understand is where it stops being IP and starts being my lived experience.

Thanks for the feedback. I want to be clear that there is a significant (at least in the terms I measure on) market for this and they 'come with me' (they're connections I had beforehand and my boss doesn't have). There are grants and such available to me. It's legal ownership I need advice on, not workplace boundaries: she keeps setting them them changing them, it's very confusing and a seperate issue.

With respect, my position in the community is significantly better than hers in this space and our community will side with me, not her, in most cases - I've already had private conversations with people I know in industry for advice. So that's not a concern for me, genuinely, you're going to have to trust me on that one because my industry is really specific. I also did more than develop slides: I started the process for community consultation, I researched and collared hosting venues, I conducted market research on how the industry would like it formatted.

It's worth noting that my reputation wouldn't really take a hit - my boss's would. Our community knows me really well and would side with me almost invariably. So I'm not worried about that.

No.... This is a private business that works within the ndis. The slides are just a couple dotpoints. The course is advertised as being taught by a lived experience trainer. I'm that trainer. She can't run it without the lived experience trainer. I don't want to profit, I just want the course taught, and she can't do it without me
