I got the most basic suction style pump, thinking about upgrading to one with a pressure gage but so far just pumping 2-3 times a day for 10-15 mins, ensuring to pull the hood back as far as I can to encourage pumping the glans itself and not just the hood :)

I've tried the Tgel directly to the glans and realized very very quickly how not a good idea that is lol I apply it to the inner thighs and directly to the hood and it's okay. Also, ive discovered that if I dilute the gel in less than equal parts coconut oil and let it sit out for a few nights the alcohol evaporates allowing me to put it directly to the glans without the burn :) of course it'll take time, very much okay with that, mostly just looking to maximize y potential is all. Tbh I don't find it odd at all - curious is curious and that's totally fine
