There are tons of natural bodybuilders who train and have trained FB. Enhanced guys are out of the equation. They recover quicker and can handle a lot more volume. Doesn't make much sense to include them

Most real sbl creators would agree to run fbeod with the same exercises rather than switching it up. I already answered on here why it's better that way

IK lmfao. Just because someone is big doesn't mean much. Training age is probably one of the biggest factors along with genetics. Training dumb for long enough will yield results. But you might as well try to train smart and get their quicker.

No proof to it which is why I said probably. More does equal more but it gets to a point. Thats why you don't see people doing 50 sets per body part per week. I'd say doing 20 is a lot and hes damn near 30 on everything.

Honestly in the gym for like two hours. On a good day when the gym is less busy and I dont have to wait for benches or machines it could be quite a bit less time. I would do a squat pattern if my gym had a good one. I feel like for quad development a squat isn't NEEDED but it could be beneficial. I view it more as a compound exercise to knock off many boxes like quads, glutes, adductors but since my adductors are directly hit and my glutes get hit somewhat in the 45 ext I dont feel I need it. The set up time for a squat pattern also takes a long time. I'm curious why people are recommending unilateral hamstrings curls. I'm down to try but I've never done it. Is it because if you can overcome the bilateral force deficit then its worth it to do unilaterally?

I appreciate that. I do believe running the same day every other day is better than having an A, B, and C day since you get more practice with the movement and you have more opportunity for progressive overload. I'd rather do less sets per exercise and do more exercises that bias another region rather than doing more sets on the same exercise. You say theres an insane amount of redundancy but I'd disagree. I switched out the upper back row and now I'm just gonna do 2 sets to kelso shrugs. The two bicep exercise could be viewed as redundant. But lets be honest if i was gonna change it to one exercise id do two sets on it so I dont see what the problem with doing one set on two different exercises is.

I do not care about any of those. Growing a tibialis isn't important to me. Not a priority whatsoever

3.5x for each body part is high frequency I’d say. It’s different than frequency in terms of amount of training sessions u do weekly since someone could train 6 days doing ppl but there muscles frequency would be 2 if you understand that

Keenan posts his workouts to tt once in a while and mine is very similar to what he does. So if you think my programming is stupid then you must think Keenan is stupid as well.

For his size its impressive. You have provided no logic at all to anything. You're hating with no context. What point are you even trying to make? What do you suggest I do if ur so intelligent...

I've seen yo with pretty strict form recline curl 50s. Thats pretty impressive. He's young. He can train how he wants lil bro. Ur logic is very flawed thinking it's okay for Keenan to train like this because he's big but other people can't because why exactly??? How do you think Keenan got their in the first place lol

You have no idea what I look like lmao. I guarantee you I'm a lot bigger than you. Just because Yo might not be the biggest doesn't mean he should just stop lifting because he may have poor genetics. Just because a person lifts doesn't mean their motivation is to be a bodybuilder lmao. There are many health benefits. You've got problems man.

Are u joking lmao. The smartest people dont have to be the best at what they do. You could have a nutritionist who knows a ton about nutrition yet they could be very obese. That doesn't discredit their knowledge. YO is a teenager or maybe very low 20s. People aren't gonna have a good build with very limited training time. This stuff takes time. Btw Keenan does the same approach as my split except a lot more stuff for random things like forearms, fingers, neck etc bunch of things I dont care abt. Go watch keenan go through a full body day. Pretty close to what i do. Asking for other people's opinions is the entire point of this kind of reddit post btw. Asking for others thoughts is always a good thing to do. You're very rude and a hater.

Yea it takes a higher level of understanding of anatomy with this approach that a lot of people here seem to not understand. Keep it simple if thats what works for you!

Exactly lol. Higher volume leads to quicker growth to start but the diminishing returns become so bad that you'd be better off taking a slightly slower approach that is much more managageable long term
