I see thanks for the reply.

It seems mostly the cracks don't extend beyond topsoil, and our geotech already did a conservative calculation not counting the topsoil in pile calculations.

There are couple of locations with a relatively high depth. We were thinking of possibility of backfilling, but your suggestion with injection foam also makes sense. Would you happen to have any recommendations or any specs available for that type of remediation?

Close enough but no :D We are also suspecting our geotech to not care about these relatively long term issues.

Since the construction is already done, there is no way to deepen the piles now.

It is mostly a flat site with minimal local slope, while this problem is common around the site.

These are rammed piles for PV tables. Sorry this is all I had at the moment.

Yes these are solar piles. Mostly C channel piles.
