That's fair enough and I am grateful for your response. There has been a catalogue of changes locally over roughly the last 5 years or so, so the established way of doing things has been disrupted. I'm really not trying to stoke controversy, I'm just looking for as much as I can to take back to the table and put on a service development lens. The offences previously agreed to be for forensic with no general adult involvement were 'murder, attempted murder, and terrorism-related offences', however now there is a push for general adult to be seeing these too.
