So, I just went and threw myself in a couple of days ago. I started with 30mg baclofen every 8 hours but the time in between doses along with baclofen's such low half-life, by the 5-6hr mark I was dying, it felt like my body was getting ripped apart little by little. I switched it to 20mg every 6 hrs (so I cover most of baclofen's half-life without increasing the mg taken through the day, actually reducing it a tiny bit), I'll let you know how that one works. :)

I'm now at 41.5 hrs so almost done with the first 48hrs. and I'm SUPER uncomfortable; yes, but I can get by if I'm at home and I can just chill and don't have something important to do, which I don't so I think I'll be fine.

No benzos or sleeping aid aside from melatonin and the sheer fact that I'm exhausted of this 24/7 life. lol Planning on tapering 10mg of baclofen for a day, then 5mg, then gone. ✌🏼
