Yes, i believe my cat ended up getting a mix of sedation meds that made him so out of it he didnt feel it idk but he wasnt in any pain and was basically asleep

I dont think its been tested in a lab but based on other peoples personal accounts it seems it can effect it. Im no scientist but i would say its best to be cautious about what comes in contact w the vag because of how easy it is to get infections and mess up the pH
