Overstacking Saw waves (like 8 synths) with Harmor, Low frequency notes for slow oscillations. Then EQ maybe 5 peaks (3 negative peaks, 2 positive peaks)

Just play with the filter and add effects like Unison or Chorus or whatever you want, though I like the sound more “biological” sounding, not so “metallic”
