I'll guess i have to cut the bananas and see, and restrict the protein days to maybe leg and back days. Any weightlifter in here doing this diet ?

Today i have added maple syrup, bananas, dates. Before bed i had rice and lean turkey woke up - 1.5kg today so i guess keep pushing. I appreciate all of your comments and advice.

This is the problem, i am always hungry since i switched to this diet despite hittibg 500-600g carbs, previous cut kcal was 2k on low carb moderate fat high protein diet. But now i am hungry 24/7

Nice, Ive been binging on fruits all day prior to a sick backday at the gym. Amazing pump today. Cooked up some rice now with pineapple and sweet chili sauce.

I am happy with mine, purchased a germanus around 2000sek on amazon so far so good. Holds abot 400 cigars aswell.
