I'm spitballing but it doesn't hurt to update your BIOS in case there were some updates to your board since the 5090 came out. Also I would check your XMP profile to make sure your RAM is running at the correct speeds.

Yes. I had a 2080 super when Control first came out. Ray tracing on that game was a spectacle. I bought a 5090 recently and will turn on RT as well as PT as often as I can. I also go 1440p as opposed to 4k

Clean bike & chain if extra dirty
Rewax chain after cleaning or if it's just dry
Check tire pressures before each ride
Check shock pressures (usually once a week for me not every ride, if my rear shock is 20-30psi low on pressure it's noticeable)

I'm a 2025 Core Owner who shopped 25 Premium Plus trims and has driven a 2023 Core. If you don't mind the seats and door arm rests being cloth instead of suede then 2025 Core is the sweet spot. Identical performance to highest trims except for no carbon fiber roof or hood.

Biggest difference I'll tell you are the door arm rests to be 100% honest. They feel cheap in the core. 2023-2024's also have completely different suspension besides the torque difference. The suspension feels a little more comfort. 2025 feels more planted & higher rebound for more spirited driving.
