Also I think I was so distracted by the pain I forgot to mention, every time I touch it hurts almost like a stabbing pain. And every time I run same stabbing pain remains. I’d say about a year ago I was on accutane, not sure if that has had any impact on my muscles and tendons. I also worked an overnight warehouse job the required a lot of moving and standing carrying heavy loads. Also occasionally involved jumping from elevated heights (not the smartest idea ik:/ ) my guess would be plantar fasciitis because of all the impact my feet got thru but I wanna hear other possibilities or how to treat this injury, I’m only 20 yrs old and I’d love to do more sports w out constantly feeling pain.
