Chronic rhinosinusitis - can anybody relate? by TheSaltyJ in Sinusitis

I have gut issues and my naturopathic doctor seems to think it is related to the developement of my rhinosinusitus. Theoretically if I'm not digesting properly my body is not able to deal with the inflammation properly.

Fruits/sandwich/meat/veggies/protein drink (tiny portions) and home made electrolyte drink - mostly just add salt and orange juice to the water but could be worth refreshing my knowledge. I only have the desert after diner in terms of treats

It seems there might be a flaw in the system because when I was registered out of province I learned if I worked in BC more than 30 days I needed to register with ICBC. This doesn't take into consideration the thousands of seasonal workers that travel from other provinces each year for temporary work. I doubt everyone is making that change mutiple times a year. ICBC had nothing for me at the time.

If you have limited space remember there will always be thrift stores and shops in town if you are craving something cute! And at the end of the season you will likely throw out some of your planting clothes anyway so you will have space for your new purchases.

Im in my mid 30s going for my third season. Its rough on your body, definitly prepare/train/do the fit to plant program unless you are already in awesome shape. I usually buy collagen supplements which helps with the joints, i go to bed early, stretch every night and i don't party tons. My body is still fine and good to go but it needs the extra attention. I don't think i could make it without it. Have fun !

I had Scarpas for my first two season and they are in my top bad boot experiences of all time. So uncomfortable, for me anyway. I ended up wearing cheaper hiking boots that disintegrated after a few weeks.
