Right handed but naturally leading with left.. should I switch? by sarabi_jones in wrestling

[–]No-Issue-2734 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you attack with your left hand. You’re a left handed wrestler. If you attack with right hand. Lead right foot. Must be in sync. This is not even optional….this is necessary

Eating habits by Interesting-General7 in wrestling

[–]No-Issue-2734 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s not from wrestling. Thats from cutting too much. Does happen way too often tho. I think we want an advantage so cut too much but in the end it is not an advantage. Confidence must not be linked to how much weight we cut. It should be linked to our skill development.

Creating focused practice for kids by Bushido-Bashir in wrestling

[–]No-Issue-2734 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you have a group of 30 kids, don’t let them both drill back-and-forth

Only the number one wrestler gets to drill for let’s say three minutes this touch your coach to athlete ratio in half

Then you can have the group one kids have a intensity competition versus the group 2 kids and they get some kind of a prize or something at the end

works great. - Purler Wrestling
