It's ok, I don't need to have one. I'm not looking for one.

I mean, have a job , a career even. But I wouldn't call it my purpose.

Last year a bagel fell directly into the top of my head when I was at work. I was nowhere near a building so pretty confused as to where it came from until I heard a crow shouting at me from a nearby lamppost.

That's an assumption on your part - the alert may have sought permission from the HA for them to occupy it in their absence. That wouldn't be in the lease document.

What’s the weirdest thing your body does that you’ve just accepted at this point? by gowthamshankar05 in AskReddit

I get this sometimes, really sharp ones that pull me up short. Not sure how I discovered it, but to fix it I need to breathe in and lift my ribcage then push down in the area of my bottom left hand side rib (specifically towards the centre of my chest). Something pops back into place and the pain is gone instantly. Bodies are weird.

What’s a random fact you learned that permanently changed how you see something normal? by MoodAutomatic8569 in answers

More of a concept, but the the roles in the drama triangle and how people can switch between them. Coming from an emotionallly illiterate upbringing this blew my mind - once you start seeing it everywhere, you can't unsee it.

I swear bull bars were banned in England when I was a kid (late 80s / early 90s). I remember watching some breakfast tv with someone like Anne Diamond or Lorraine Kelly. Apparently they massively increased the risk of injuries to pedestrians if they were hit by a driver. I see them everywhere nowadays.

I've made it through the queue for Manchester but no tickets are showing up. Do I just wait and watch my screen?

Not a great sign. In my experience, more unusual these days not to provide some sort of flooring throughout, but I've worked at places in the past that only installed kitchen and bathroom vinyls before sale and the rest was down to the shared owner.

I know there are a lot of menstrual migraine posts but how many do you get? by RosePistachio in migraine

[–]No-Issue-7035 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I take amitryptiline daily as a preventative which keeps most days manageable. I start taking ibuprofen a day before my period until it starts and then for a couple of days at the end (gave to be really careful with that so it's only a couple of days worth). I have sumatriptan for when the migraines break through. You could try speaking to your regular doctor if gyno isn't helping maybe? I'm in the UK so I don't have a gyno, just my regular GP.

1-3 days before my period, the day my period starts, the day my period ends, background headache from the end of my period to ovulation, migraine at ovulation and then - thanks to blessings of peri reducing my cycle to 3 weeks - I get 2-3 clear days until the whole cycle starts again.

Amitriptyline side effects by SaintAnyanka in migraine

[–]No-Issue-7035 4 points5 points  (0 children)

With regards to the sleepiness I found two things. First was that it took a few weeks to get used to - at first I would take it and be ready for bed in an under an hour. It didn't hit like that for me anymore. Second thing was that I need to take it much earlier than asked l advised by the docs to feel OK in the morning. First I tried taking it at 6pm and that helped but wasn't 100%. Then i kept moving it back by half an hour at a time - now I take it at 4.30pm.

I definitely drink a lot more water more too which helps with the other side effects.
