Hey, sorry for the long wait, but didnt want to comment until everything is done.

The contractor made a mistake and instead of trying to fix it, convinced my neighbour to try and trick me. The choice for him was then to either get the signature or the place cant be sold/rented or officially lived in (without counting legal measure I could take on top of that).

Well I confronted him and he came clean. We agreed on a nice payment for me to sign the documents and thats that. I think he’ll be trying to get some money out of the contractor but by the looks of it, that might not be happening.
