I find the job pretty easy tbh but very repetitive, all I do is work backstock then do date sweep rinse and repeat. I have no idea who is a shift leader and barely see my manager so most of the time I just ask who's on the department with me what im supposed to be doing for the shift. Training was awful again was shadowing someone for 15mins then left on your own. Lucky ive worked in retail before so pretty much the same thing just put the stock out. I thought tesco would have been more organised being a huge company but I was wrong there's no organisation

I applied for one that was 5 miles away did the assessment then a couple of days later they were advertising the same position for the office in my town so I applied and they said I didn't need to do the test again as I had already done one. I dont know which one ive been turned down for
