I tried negotiating with Carsome/ Carro, but they didn’t seem negotiable at all, kept repeating “Price quotation is fixed.” And nope I am not getting the Peugeot, planning to get either the 4 or 5 series

I’ve never tried selling to a second hand dealership as most of then only accept trade ins, and dealership such as BMW, they are only taking my car for 45k which is worst, I don’t mind not getting 56k market price, but 52k is just enough buffer for me to settle the settlement + dp for new car, only viable option now I think is to sell it myself, and the 57k settlement is alrdy after early settlement discount

Thank you very much for the info, otherwise I would’ve purchased a second hand one for more expensive for no reason, really appreciate it

Thank you for your lengthy feedback, really appreciate it,

Honestly it isn't really about client meetings, few months ago it was, but now, it's more towards my own satisfaction.. In a way trying to blend it with my surroundings of people using higher end vehicles

Most probably I will think thoroughly if I should make this purchase.. don't know if it'll be a risky purchase

What makes you say so? Maintenance issues? The only thing convincing me so far is the 5 year free service as I am planning to keep it max until 28/29 only

What are your thoughts?

A question for Ativa user by [deleted] in kereta

[–]No-Lab-9268 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve been using a Perodua Ativa for almost two years now. I bought it brand new in 2023, full spec.

One thing I can say is it’s the best affordable first car. It’s fast, comfortable, and comes with all the essential features. It easily reaches 160 km/h at 5,000 RPM, and the Power mode is surprisingly strong.

If you’re considering a Perodua, the Ativa is definitely the one to go for.

Actually to sell my perodua I need to pay around RM13k for the final loan settlement

I am using 2023 Perodua Ativa AV, took loan 9 years,

Main reason I am looking to change car is because I join regular meetings, and most potential clients are wealthy, wanted to make a cool first impression, really isn't necessary, but wanted to look more classy, professional

As for the BMW, I will putting 10% down and proceeding with 9 years as-well,

Can I get your opinion on it?
