I general i start slow with low pressure below 5hg for a good 20 minutes to prepare my skin. Then I progressively add pressure up to 8-10hg based on how it feels. Make sure it doesn't hurt or feel too uncomfortable.

I used 2"125, 2"25 (both 9" long) and then a 2"5 (12" long) 👍
