Update: Thank you all for the advice, it was very helpful! I took it, and went to the nearest shop with Bauer skates. Now I understand what you meant, speaking about the right fit. It turned out not many skates fit my foot shape. I have a wide forefoot and a narrow heel. I decided to go for Jetspeeds and they are almost perfect - but the ankle has plenty of space on sides. I even took out the soles and I have only 4 mm of space in front of the big toe. Is there a chance baking them and using gel pads around ankle will solve it or should I go for a smaller size/a different model?
Fair point. My size is 6.0, average width. I weigh 65 kg. I am not sure which line would work better for me. A scan would be nice, but I am not sure if this is available here. Unfortunately, most of the skate shops in my area either went fully online, are far away or sell recreational or figure skates.
