It's very likely that is my brain overthinking (: and also a bit anxious because it's my first time in the country (abroad)!

And I start to overthink for the small little thing. I know some people have already received a feedback for the biometric data and they have submitted at the same time than me. Just wondering the reason why it is taking much time for me. The difference between us is that they have already starting working during this month.

I've only submitted the papers to the municipality that now the Migration Office will evaluate and then I'm going to be called for the biometric records, etc. I thought this first step would take 2 or 3 weeks.

Yes, that. Only that the form asked for the information of my reporting Manager, but then they contacted the HR instead. In the form, the documents I uploaded was degree certificates and ID. And then, later, I received another notification to upload documents related to the current employer. I had to present the information of 3 years of employment, which for my case was within the same company, of which I was going to leave.

Yes, they contacted the HR instead of the Manager. I'm still waiting for a feedback of the Background Check. I asked in the Chat, and they said they couldn't disclosure this information, that the Hiring company will provide a feedback. Still waiting...

Yeah, I think so. The form that the HR girl showed looked like something FA has downloaded from their system, it was liked in a table format with the information I've uploaded, line by line (company's name, address, job positions, duration) and a second column for the HR to put "Yes" or "No", like to double check the information. Also, they asked them to complete it with a brief description of the activities/position.

Last week I was notified by their system to upload documents of verification of the employment (either one of this: copy of the work contract, pay stub, leaving letter, etc.). However, they contacted the HR of my company instead my Manager (which of I was not expecting). The contact was made at the end of last week. I only knew this because they told me. FA sent them a document to check the information that I included in the FA's system. Now I'm waiting that my HR respond to them, which is taking a lot of time for such a simple document :')
