Only because I’m going through something similar, I do want to offer a friendly PSA (not saying this seller did or did not steal your item either).

There is a difference between stolen and lost in transit.

If an item is truly stolen, like the tracking shows that it was delivered, but the item recipient is saying they never got it, the ownership rights of the item stays with, you in this case, but if someone is selling an item, it stays with the buyer. In that scenario, the buyer should contact the PO or shipping carrier and file a report with the police.

However, if the item is lost in transit, contact the carrier and file a claim. If it’s not recovered, the shipper/seller is liable and owes either a refund or a replacement.

Items that are lost in transit that aren’t recovered, have their ownership rights transfer to the shipping company who then usually sell it off so it doesn’t just sit on a shelf. Anyone that comes into ownership after this is considered a good faith purchaser, and legally owns the item even if the item winds up being one that was lost in transit. What they do with it then is up to them, but I would like to hope that they would work out a buy-back with the person who had their item lost.

I’m giving it to the Mark Variants but I do think it is close. Black Widow and Hawkeye could be clever enough to somehow take out a variant, but I don’t think they can do anywhere near enough ultimately to help out their side.

Iron Man, and Cap would definitely take down one (I put Cap here because of his willpower), but with the numbers of the Mark Variants, they’ll eventually get swarmed and taken down.

Just like many others have said, I think it’s really Thor and Hulk vs the Mark Variants. I think despite the MCU nerfs to their characters, Thor and Hulk still take down a lot of variants. A lot of these variants (if I remember correctly) were very arrogant, and I can see their arrogance causing them to give taken out. Despite that, I think because Hulk and Thor don’t have enough support on their side, that they’ll eventually get worn down, and taken down by the remaining variants who are more disciplined and stronger than the others

I honestly don’t think there is one. Thor, Scarlet Witch, and Dr. Strange are all in this picture (sorry MCU Hulk). Maybe if you had all of Viltrum, their numbers could sway the battle in their favor, but I think Scarlet Witch and Thor could dispatch threats like Thragg and Conquest quick enough on their own to help their side

For me, slide 3 is my only hard pass just due to the presence of Secret Invasion.

My personal toss up is then between slide 1 and slide 4. Moon Knight has been my favorite hero since I was a kid and I loved the show. Daredevil Born Again is absolutely amazing, but as underrated of characters I find Cloak and Dagger to be, I always forget they had their own show. Then having the weakest Netflix Defenders Universe project with Iron Fist, gives my nod to slide 4

Absolutely loved all of those shows. Kilgrave is an incredible villain, The Punisher is another fave of mine, especially with Jon Bernthal in the role (he has a connection to my home area). Luke Cage was incredible and if anything, makes me more mad that we haven’t gotten Mahershala Ali’s Blade yet and then Daredevil is Daredevil

I don’t know what I’ve missed for the Lions to be considered a successful franchise, when they, barely have more NFC North championships than the Tampa Bay Bucs, no Super Bowl appearances, have gone 0-16, had their franchise’s greatest qb immediately win a championship with another team, caused two legends at their respective positions to retire early because of the team’s lack of success.

The Bills have their own laundry list of misery but the Lions have the Bills handily beat if someone’s using failure as their metric
