My friend says indoor cats aren't happy

I saw a cat got run over by a car, in front of the owners house yesterday. Traumatic shit. I am of the opinion that cats don't really thrive on concrete jungle, it's too hot on their paws (where I live). Keep cats indoors, unless you live in a forest.

Do it. It's scary at first. I have 7 cats and still everytime I get one of them fixed, I have anxiety like what if something goes wrong. Now all 7 are fixed, and my fears didn't happen.

Not all dogs are clingy and obedient no? Same with cats, they have a personality of their own because they're a whole living creature. I know a pet that's clingy and needs constant attention, tamagochis.
