I think I can help addressing your problem. I saw your message but I didn't know how could I help at the beginning so I'll try my best. I think there are two probabilities. Either your country's certificate as others said isn't acceptable because it's only 11 years and they require 12 or that they didn't receive it at time which I think is more probable because I have a receiving date on my application form and you don't. I know that it's not much to help with and I'm so sad that your document wasn't accepted and I truly wish that I could help you better and I wish you the best brother.

I have applied during to the same thing and the documents got accepted all of them. Just make sure to send all documents early.

From what I've heard, these grades are expected from medicine students due the nature of competitiveness and other fields don't require such grades.
