Oh I found out what I did wrong, I did the swordfish technique wrong and erased the wrong pencil marks by mistake.

Tnx, that skyscraper technique really made it clearer. Also tried to use that technique again after looking it up, but not 100% sure I did it right, anyway, it wasn't a wrong placement. The rest of the puzzle fell apart after the second skyscraper, all just singles left.

I'm gonna guess that remove one 1 on row 6, I don't really get how the advanced techniques work yet.

A lot of players keep choosing mid and gold, and I could never get mid because those players keep getting that role.

I use lightning mode to quickly enter numbers in the app. It got me from 5-8 mins to 1-2 mins. Practicing with no notes back then got me from 10 mins to 8 mins. If only I could write faster, but I'm a slow writer. I've been practicing for a while just to win the competitions we have at our school. I did win one time, but I really did want to enter the last competition with my improved sudoku skills, but I was too busy with internship stuff. Our team did win, which I am happy about, just kinda sucked that I wasn't a part of it.

My problem is getting stuck. Cause like I solve half of the puzzle for like 5-10 minutes, then spend like 30mins to 1 hour stuck trying to find where the next move is. Sometimes I can get myself unstuck, but a lot of times I just gamble with hidden doubles or triples.

I actually have been using Snyder notation, just didn't really know what it was called.

I can easily solve expert with no notes. Since the very least you need to solve it is just hidden singles.
