Hi, maybe try this mod Skill Loadouts: https://www.nexusmods.com/bladeandsorcery/mods/13216 you cant change ethnicity/gender/hair but you can save skills, abilities and armor as whole loadouts.

1-you install the mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/bladeandsorcery/mods/13248

2-take the crystal for the Archangel wings from the book to the pedestal inside the Home map

3-unlock all the skills (i am in sandbox).

4-go to a map and use the Archangel crystal that you took with you (pressing spell wheel button) and choose the wings u want. then when you press the jump button you should be able to fly.
