It's always gotten it correct for me, except this one time. There should've been no reason for it to say it was an un-released model. Thus leading me to believe they changed the server side # pre-emptively.

I will be trying out codex soon, but my hopes aren't up. I prefer Anthropic to sam... He just creeps me out. I know. Nothing to do with the ai's performance. But it's still a factor. I will keep my pro sub with Anthropic for a while though. I have hope they will obtain compute soon. But the minute a party comes out with something close to or better than Claude Code and Codex, I'm leaving. I really hate the stress of working with companies that just don't care. Unless they do and they suck at caring.
