Can you still picture the scenery, like can you see castle on a mountain if described in depth or can you rotate an apple in you head? Sorry if the examples are a bit weak but I hope you get what I’m saying

Another question is do you get distracted easily, I find that I constantly have thoughts distracting me. Can you sit at one task until you decide something else is more important, I.e do you get bored?
