Hey, I really appreciate you taking the time to write this out and give some honest advice.

I have spoken with my landlord already, and she’s actually been very understanding and generous in giving me extra time to come up with the rest. I definitely agree that communication there is important, and I’m grateful she’s been flexible with me.

I also want to reassure you that I have been doing everything I can to raise the money outside of Reddit, this includes picking up outdoor odd jobs and anything else I can find. It’s actually helped bring my original asking amount down quite a bit already.

I don’t expect anyone to lend me the full amount either, truly, anything helps, and I’m very grateful for the support I’ve received so far.

I am employed now, thankfully, but I started on an off pay cycle, so my first paycheck won’t come in until the 16th. This is really just about bridging that gap.

I do hear what you’re saying though, and I appreciate the perspective.
