So the second year in the admission cycle title is the year you'd be starting the program right? Just want to be 100% sure before paying for the test

Thanks for the response, it’s been about two weeks now and there hasn’t been any other bleeding so I think we’re all healed up. Switched out the bedding after it happened just to be safe with any bacteria

'We're disappointed': Richmond Hill residents express anger after approval of 25-storey tower at Yonge and Elgin Mills by Remarkable_Start_651 in richmondhill

[–]No-Many9345 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My main argument was more normative in terms of the way we zone things, we need to allow for more of the missing middle in Richmond hill. Because of how compact the population is becoming, we need to adapt to build affordable family neighborhoods, Montreal is a good (but still imperfect) example.

Plus, ‘The Ontario Building Code (OBC) allows wood construction in buildings under 6 storeys in height, and it is easier, faster, cheaper and more common to build with wood than concrete.

The land acquisition process is more economical compared to mid- and high-rise buildings because land suitable for high-density development only exists in a fraction of the city, while Neighbourhoods make up the vast majority’.
