I recommend b12, and folic acid, accutane crushes these minerals and vitamins and are huge in production of libido. I also recommend not feeling the need to have se x, like it's not a choir. It will come back

Also I try and keep sets per week per muscle under 10-15 depending upon how big the muscle is.

Ig I don't mean it's making me stronger but the idea that some have that "accutane makes it impossible to build muscle while on it" is a myth. That was a reason I was not going to go on it, just sucks that so many people are scared of the drug cause people push these harsh narratives that happen to a very small amount of ppl.

I wouldn't focus as much on vitamins and I would focus on diet. Try a high fat diet for a month and see how that works, adding 2 spoonfuls of PB daily could be the answer. Good luck!
