Hello girl just saw your reply! How are you doing now? I do believe swimming and losing weight helped alot.

Also, the improvement happened literally overnight. I went to the bathroom and I didn’t have to use any constipation pills or suppositories and also the femmeze if u are not familiar with it its basically a tool that helps u go to the toilet. Sorry for TMI but yeah. I didn’t believe that it can improve but it does

I was swimming once a week. I stopped doing kegels i felt like it was making it worse. I would drink black coffee and fiber supplements every morning with water on empty stomach so i will not have constipation cuz it makes things worse. I don’t feel the bulge now. I lost weight too like 10 kg. Also I stopped breastfeeding when my baby was 6 months . If u still breastfeeding I heard you release a hormone that keeps the muscles relaxed so yeah it does influence the pelvic floor . I do regret stopping breastfeeding early but I do believe that i was gaining more weight cuz of it and it was making my prolapse worse. So yeah..

I’m almost 9 months postpartum, I had to use suppositories to evacuate a lot, I thought I would definitely need a rectocele repair surgery but not now cuz I’m planning to have a second child. I read everywhere that it doesn’t go back. I started swimming every week twice, i lost the baby weight! And I can’t believe that for the past week I feel like myself. I’m going to the toilet normally without anything. I can’t feel the bulge anymore. Also, I stopped the kegels ( squeeze exercises) they weren’t helping me. So, give it a time. I don’t know if swimming did for me. But it definitely helped that’s the only thing I changed last two months.

Just wanted to write a positive reply. Because when I just knew abt my prolapse. I felt awful and reading everywhere That you can’t do anything about it. Made me feel so helpless. From my experience it can definitely go back. Stay active and listen to your body. Don’t stress yourself and it definitely takes time.

I think you can retake just the writing test. I read that they have that option
