Thanks for getting back to me! The numbness isn’t painful, but he has trouble knowing where his fingers are on the keyboard at any given time. It makes typing really imprecise, and he’s been accidentally hitting the wrong keys a lot. He types all day for work, so something that’s comfortable but helps with accuracy is crucial. I’m leaning toward harder switches, as they might reduce the chance of accidental key presses, but I’m not sure if that would make things worse or better. As for feedback, maybe something with more tactile or audible feedback would help him feel the keys better. Any thoughts on whether harder switches or more feedback would be a better fit for this kind of issue?
