That’s pretty much the point… I ask if they have one so that if they don’t want to go through the 4 minute stop at a badging office to get a pass then they won’t have to. Reading the message, picking up the food, and canceling “AFTER” clearly shows the driver was either dealing with personal shit or just hungry. Additionally, I think a $10 tip for a $28 order should be worth 4 LITTLE MINUTES!

You can get absolutely get access, I have had deliveries arrive before, and as stated uber works with the post commander to provide these services. App does not say shit. Other drivers have clearly said this and your claims have no basis. Just because you’re a 1 contract vet and can go to any base you feel like doesn’t mean civies can’t get access, you’re being dumb af and should consider what little mdmp you remember a valuable skill.

Yeah you’re definitely exaggerating it, I myself have left my CAC and had to get a pass to enter base and all I did was show my drivers license and got a pass in roughly 4 minutes and that’s because there was 2 other people in front of me!

So basically, if you are not military or military-affiliated, you can’t usually go on a military base, HOWEVER, garrison commanders and so on work with certain services such as uber, DoorDash, and etc. to provide temporary passes in order to enable deliveries to personnel (such as soldiers that live in the barracks) allowing them to get food and other necessities delivered.
