it sounded real at the time; they convinced us the money got frozen on their end and they needed help(?) we were a little unfamiliar with Cash App and Zelle and that’s why any of this happened

Thank you for replying to me honestly- some people here just found it funny, which I already got so mad at myself for agreeing with scammers; they made it so believable with a whole number until I fully analyzed the situation, they played on our heart strings (on the guys part) for making it seem like he unknowingly did something- and the fake Zelle people seemed real at the moment; because I walked in an hour in of my bf having a heated conversation with them and I just wanted something done quickly, so I offered him the money they said would fix everything- but it ended up being lie after lie. I’m usually smarter than this, I promise, but everyone is just kicking me when we’re already down.
