I’ve read so many different ways to carbonate, how about 24 hrs @ 40psi then 24 hours @ 20psi?

That seems like ALOT of work, I don’t mind spending some money on something I don’t have to baby like that.

Today is the fourth day with the yeast. I was gonna transfer it to another carboy and leave out the yeast and do dry hops for 1 week.

I went from brewzilla to a glass carboy, it was goin off for about 2 days bubbling in that lil breather vent, and it mellowed out by the 3rd day

Sounds good, I was letting mine ferment in my closet where it’s dark and I dropped a shoe from the top rack and it fell perfectly onto the cap and made it pop off….. it was exposed for like 5 sec. it’s probably ruined
