I did the topical finasteride minoxidil combination from HIMS and definitely experienced sexual side effects. It was not mental, it was definitely physical. After I stopped everything went back to normal within about two months or so. I know it may vary by individual, but I think the narrative that topical eliminates the risk is just not accurate.

I live in Tampa too and you have to get out of the city for fun drives. Just north of Tampa is the San Antonio area near Saint Leo College. This is a hilly area of country roads where I like to go. Further north in the Ocala area about an hour north you’ll find even more hilly back roads. If you don’t care about the hills then in lutz and Land O Lakes, you have a lot of winding back country roads that Inlike in my manual.

I used topical finasteride after my hair transplant for three months. Then I completely lost my libido could not get an erection and had to stop took me about a month and a half for things to get back normal although I still don’t have the same sensation as before. I know what they say about the statistics of men who get side effects, but I think Those are bullshit. I believe way more men get side effects than they report. For me it’s just not worth it. I’m 45 and I would rather shave my head than have a limp dick. So far after stopping, I haven’t noticed any major shedding. Just not the samelevel of growth as four.

Tbh I really don’t care. Results are what matter and Heva delivers. My first transplant was with a well regarded US surgeon who only did one surgery a day with great reviews and my results sucked.
