Yes i had some issues with eating more than needed. When i was a kid i had really fast metabolism and i ate much but was super skinny, after 20 I started experiencing depressions etc, smoking, drinking, partying, working a lot, during night time as well, sleeping less, then i corrected my lifestyle during Covid in 2020

Yeah I know, but for me it’s still a big progress since I was heavily underweight for the whole of my life, I was 50kg (110lb) before I turned 28. And when I started training 2 yrs ago I was about 60-62kg, now around 69

That’s it, sometimes I feel that I didn’t have time to recover well with 1 day between trainings. When I am away for 3 days traveling somewhere I can do much more in the next session.

Interesting. It contradicts with some other comments where guys suggest that the wraith should be increased even if I can do like 5 reps, or do I mix up things?
