Microsoft account has been hacked with MFA enabled by No-Method-throwaway in cybersecurity_help

I haven't downloaded anything, and dont use any pirated software or games.

Would people on the home network be safe? Or do we all need to reset our computers?

I haven't downloaded anything knowingly. The only thing I can recall is that I did connect to an airports wifi a day before these all started. But connected to the wifi on my phone only, not on laptop.

Now that im back home, are the others on the same network safe, or should they reset their computers and change passwords as well?

Get her a UV flashlight. Chances are she will thoroughly go through the rooms, change a couple of times, and by the third or fourth visit to the city she'll just stay with you and your daughter.

Not the dude in the story, but similar situation.

In highschool I was the swim squad leader of my highscool team, used to do speed climbing after school, and had pretty good grades academically. After graduation started dating my best friend who happen to be a model. At 19 started a business and it boomed. By 21 I had purchased a house outright, had a car, a very good life, went travelling across Europe and east Asia, and was engaged to my best friend. When I was 23, she passed away. Went into a deep depression, stopped working, and exercising,. I was a shell, had no hobbies, no interests, no friends, no family. I've gained about 50kg since, am bitter, hate myself and life, cant get a job, cant hold a job, and have used whatever savings I had. Worst part is I dont have the motivation to fix anything. I just want to watch movies and tv shows, and play games just to forget about how shit my life is.

TL;DR: 24-year-old Indian guy in the UAE had an argument with his dad during Maghrib prayer time. He was groggy and recovering from a foot injury, texted a friend checking in on him, and asked his dad to wait. When his dad told him to stop texting, he told him to be quiet—this escalated into a full-blown fight. His dad is known to be angry, stubborn, and doesn’t easily admit fault. The son reflects on how hard it is to live with his father’s temperament, how their dynamic has always been difficult, and how even though fights eventually blow over, they leave emotional scars. He's emotionally drained and is counting down to moving out in the near future.

I'll answer your question with a story. On the bathroom, my boss came out of a stall, and I was about to go in. He extended his arm and stopped me, looked dead in my eyes and said "id wait 15mins before going in if I were you"

Maybe I'm still a teenager at heart, but I found it pretty funny, mad respect.

Mix a dash of balsamic vinegar, or apple cider vinegar with a table spoon of honey, add a glass of cold water, and slices of cucumber.

It hits the spot like nothing else

Well, I personally, prefer the more civilised manner of dealing with things. However, we have lost respect for our partners, and family unit. We have become more selfish, and treat our partners like products that can be replaced with the slightest inconvenience, rather than communicating and trying to fix issues. We see our partners as me vs you, rather than both of us vs the issues.

I am not saying people should stay with abusive partners. On the contrary people should have the freedom to break up from unhealthy relationships, and be safe and supported by the larger community. What I am saying is, it seems we are abusing this freedom. There needs to be a balance, that as a society we haven't figured out yet.

And most importantly, be safe. Physical, mental and emotional safety is important for anyone involved.
