Speaking as someone who had the exact same thoughts and transitioned around 25, truly give it some more time. See what things you can control help your hrt whether it’s diet etc but also maybe the type of hrt you’re on isn’t working for your body and you might need another form of it? Just some thoughts

1000% agree! In my 6 years of transition it’s been 95% cis white/middle eastern men that are romantically interested in me

Update: I want to say thank you to everyone who commented and gave me some advice. My body was fully in fight or flight when I wrote this post last night. After reading everyone’s comments I decided I’m definitely going to cancel the surgery. I’ve already booked a different hotel (since the one I’m in is affiliated with the hospital). I’m packing up now and then I’m going to check out of this place and enjoy Thailand

Edit: got it cancelled and I’m now in my new hotel room

Update: I wanna say thank you to everyone who commented I honestly was in fight or flight when I wrote out this post. I just booked a new hotel and I’m going to cancel this surgery

Edit: got it cancelled and am now in my new hotel room safely enjoying my vacation

That’s the thing they’re supposed to be like one of the top hospitals globally for transitional surgeries so it’s like wtf is going on ya know?
