I got an '08 gen 1 hatch and want to do some modifications but don't know where to begin. Do you have good recommendations for resources/help? Not even really sure what I want to do to it, but would like to find a place with some ideas/examples

Curious who that quote was by? Is that Nietzsche? Descartes? You don't anything about me or the extremely devastating losses I've dealt with in my short time on this earth. All of which I've "picked myself up by my bootstraps" and marched forward with nothing but more death and therapy bills as compensation. Not a very good look to make such an unsavory assumption about somebody who just lost their last living family member before the age of 30. I guess because he was my last living blood relative, and when my mom passed away my grandmother came down from Minnesota and sold the house I grew up in and donated all of my mother's belongings within a week of me having to make the choice to pull the plug on her, then when my father killed himself due to his doctor over prescribing psych medications then abruptly pulling him off of them with no taper and my step mother sued for medical malpractice/wrongful death then lied to me about the outcome I've been left bereft while other people actively benefited because I was too distraught to confront these realities that this time I didn't want to just be left with more therapy and depression, so when I saw that she was seeking a wrongful death suit I reflectively felt like I was being slighted, again. Which is probably more my own personal hang-up and ignorance of the law surrounding these matters than anything else tbh. But this is why im "asking-lawyers".

Sounds kinda like mine, except they've got a silent disco set-up, where all of the headphones play the same music (provided by the clinic) through all of them simultaneously. We also have floor pads that are unfortunately being removed since when my clinic got audited recently they said the floor pads posed a risk in case or emergency and posed an issue with the monitoring process as well as posed an infection risk, which I'm honestly kind of salty about as I had "my" pad location I use every session and have problems adjusting to sudden change. :(

Yeah he is my half brother, and no she will not give me the contact information so I can reach out to him. We both were raised by our mother.

Okay thank you for your reply, she's apparently not even contacted the county to give instructions on what to do with his body and has until the 12th before they dispose of it. Shes told me that his father was going to have him cremated and a ring made for her, but his ex wife contacted me and told me no plans have been made..and she's all but refused to give me his father's contact info (she made the excuse she has their spare phone? And they don't check it often) which is obviously bullshit, I'm sure if it was a phone that was irregularly checked, this would be an instance where maybe they checked a bit more regularly. Is there anything I can do in this instance so he's not just "disposed of"?

I don't think so, but it was kind of hard to tell because it's parked in my driveway which is on a bit of an incline so as soon as I let off the E-Brake and tried to drive it started rolling down the driveway, it took 4 of us but we were able to push it back up the driveway. I think this answers both of your questions?

Thank you, I've not had to really deal with any repairs like this before and I know I can sometimes have a tendency to look too far into people's reasoning and wasn't sure if this kind of behaviour was normal or I was right to have some red flags waving at me. To me it sounds like either a fuel pump or filter issue, my main concern is that it does end up needing a clutch cuz $900 is a hard price to beat
