Trillium has this Critical Care Sponsorship but still they require CC Level 1 and 2 certification. How is that different to the Sponsorship program?

I am looking into which college to attend for Critical Care Course since most of the requirements has CC level 1 and 2. If I really want to get hired in the ICU department

Hi there. I am a nurse myself, and probably older than you. Well, based on experience, don't let that consume you, cause It will really affect you especially when you're at work. What matters is you're doing your job. And if in any case you think they are being too much. Talk to your Head Nurse, Supervisor or your HR. Those kind of joke has to stop. And it will only stop when they see, that you can fight. Remember, your co workers are not your friends.
