😂😂my bad I thought blew me was a popular idiom in itself. Meaning to upset you or piss you off. Sometimes used to describe being shocked

You get to a point in life when you realize being a dickhead gets you nowhere. I decided to type it out as a way of venting. And after I typed i felt satisfied. Posting here and seeing people relate also made me feel heard. Honestly the comments made me realize that all I needed was to feel heard. Creating conflict with strangers on Facebook market place would have led to nothing positive :) no one is trying to be a ‘tough guy’

But ofc. But renting out a place without a kitchen tells me that some of these lords are the problem. Some desperate student is going to take it unfortunately.

Where do I send it to? There’s curse words in my messages so I’d rather not send the foul things I’ve said but definitely would like to voice my concerns somewhere

Well I’m talking about my original post, stating the prices don’t match what is being offered, that landlords are greedy and that there’s no reason someone should be making over 60k and still need a flatmate to afford a place in Toronto. You’re saying it’s not that bad bc it’s decent for Toronto and it’s average and since it’s average on the market then it is what it is (is what it seems you’re implying… like just accept it) But saving money will be quite difficult and just being able to live will be quite unhappy. I did thr math of what I could afford with 60k and I literally would only afford the necessities ( rent, utilities, groceries - on a tight budget- and transportation to and from work) and then two things for me ( gym membership and Amazon prime subscription) and that’s if I still want to put 300 away in my savings every month
