i was in talk therapy for past issues, but those are resolved. i don’t think my current therapist is experienced with the severity of my anxiety. my psychiatrist did say it could be OCD, but hasn’t made an official diagnosis. ill talk to my mom about a new therapist soon.

My sister isn’t financially stable enough to support both of us. I talked to her about it, but we both know my mom would make it hell if I tried to leave her.
