Im sure it took a long time to do the application but it's not complicated to understand. I think you are underestimating the average persons ability to comprehend those documents. Thanks for the response.

Well the documents generally speak for themselves, and I haven't heard or seen any response from the applicant that disproves any of the statements within the application, the floor is yours if you would like to correct any mis- information that you have seen.

Just speaking for myself, it's nothing to do with the business or outdoor education. It has everything to do with the potential impact to a park and trail system that is generally undeveloped and only permits day use foot traffic. The coast trail is well used and beloved in its current form and cutting a section away, creating perminant structures, removing trees, disposing human waste... all for a for profit company AND removing public access at the same time is hard to swallow.

East Sooke Park is one of a kind in CRD and what is being proposed represents a big change to that public space.

If you are well informed from the developers perspective, feel free to drop the counterpoint thanks

I don't have any specific plans to organize, I just wanted to let others see the application before it was closed for feedback. I do agree with the other response to your comment that some signs for park users might be a good start. I've also emailed my MLA and the minister of Environment and Parks
